Helios How To:
Understanding Dashboard Capabilities
Helios makes machines smarter. Smart machines mean better data.
Here's a start-up checklist to get you up and running.

Coordinate with Helios to install the device(s). TIP! Email us at [email protected]
Schedule Kickoff Call with the Helios team. TIP! Email us at [email protected]
Designate a Site Lead at your plant for the Helios implementation. TIP! As Helios is a Software as a Service, the Site Lead should be comfortable working with computers and tablets. They should be organized, responsive to emails, and able to attend bi-weekly project status calls. The Site Lead should also have access to maintenance records and machine downtime.
Identify the most costly or frequently experienced causes of downtime at your box plant. TIP! Some common “offenders” are Paper jams, print registration issues, journal failure, etc.
Share subnet and IP address of controller(s) with Helios Customer Success Team. TIP! Email us at [email protected]
Gather historical maintenance data to configure Predictive Maintenance Cards. TIP! Helios team needs to know when preventative maintenance was last performed for wearable parts (replace feed wheels, change transmission oil, etc.). Your Customer Success Manager can provide a spreadsheet to gather the necessary data.
